This program is designed to carry out real-time data acquisition for Underwater Operations, involving subsea vehicles, fixed offshore structures and underwater structure positioning.

Underwater Operations

The Tower management and support team are all qualified and experienced Hydrographic Surveyors and/or Engineers and have considerable experience in the Oil and Gas industry for pipelay, ROV pipelay support, trenching, ROV inspection, Underwater Operations (pipeline deflections, mattress installation, wellhead positioning, diver support etc.) This ensures that the applications are fully appreciated and understood, and therefore reflected in the software products and support.

In addition to the standard features, this program has the following capabilities:

• ROV offset file for the following vehicle sensors and/or offsets:

• CRP
• Bathymetric Sensor
• Altimeter
• Responder/Transponder
• Cabletracker/Pipetracker
• Odometer
• CP (Cathodic Protection) Stab/Proximity Probe
• LBL Flowerpot
• Sector Scan Sonar

• ROV Interfacing for the above sensors plus video overlay, record annotator, Coda and Sonardyne PAN.

• Setup of video overlay for main vehicle overlay and video headers/footers.

• Underwater structures facility, with options for transponders and underwater gyro positioning (eg. mattress installation).

• DHSS setup/parameters menu (ie. Port/Starboard skew etc.).

• Scan logging setup for logging file name, scan frequency, scan number etc.

• Ability to interrogate multiple USBL beacons.

• USBL/HPR calibration data acquisition and post processing facility, with step by step procedures.

• LBL data acquisition for array measurements, compatt box-ins, ROV flowerpot setup and positioning within array etc.

• Option for Odometer/Out Of Straightness setup (ie. Field Joint No., known distance etc.).

• Primary offset averaging/meaning facility for fieldjoint touchdown monitoring etc.
